The Board of Directors, at BSC, would like to introduce Justina Cahill as the new Manager of our organization. Her selection to the top spot was made very easy because of her attention to detail and determination. Justina is currently a Fine Arts teacher at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School. She has a B.S. in Art Education from Kutztown University with a minor in Psychology. Her journey started out with her family as members of the Club and she was a BSC Lifeguard beginning in 2016. She served as head guard beginning in 2022 and served as the assistant manager last season. What stands out about her is her work ethic and her desire to learn what makes something tick. She is a head-strong individual and under her tenure will only accept the best that her staff has to offer. She is currently acquiring necessary certificates for a Pool Operator while taking on her managerial duties. She is the type of individual you want your children to look up to and admire. Say hello, and welcome her, when you see her.
